Valley Grande Institute for Academic Studies has, as its primary mission, the task to offer a program in Vocational Nursing as well as programs in the field of Allied Health. This kind of input from the community enables Valley Grande Institute to stay ahead of industry and technologic change in its commitment to provide the latest and best in technology, facilities, equipment, and training of its students. The philosophy espoused by Valley Grande Institute for Academic Studies is a people-directed philosophy and uniquely simple. It accepts that humans are created with particular physical, mental, spiritual and emotional qualities, and that the task of education is to assist individuals to develop their mental capacities and personal capabilities to the maximum. Education must also seek to make individuals self-sufficient and productive within their society;, and at the same time satisfy their own personal needs.
