Mission Statement

Our mission is to train students in theory and practical experiences, which will prepare them for entry level employment opportunities. The courses are geared towards developing good work habits and attitudes with respect to safety and sanitation, business ethics, and encourages self reliance and a willingness to help others look their best. Students will receive training in both theory and practical subjects and gain knowledge in all phases of Cosmetology, Skin Care, Barbering and Manicuring. We will prepare students to successfully pass the New Jersey State Board Examinations and prepare them to work in a professional salon or Cosmetology/Manicuring/Barbering/Skin Care related occupation. We will also develop effective communication skills that will be used in establishing positive employer/employee relationships.
