Cosmetology Concepts Institute is dedicated to the educational needs of all students enrolling in the programs we offer. Our mission is to prepare the student for an entry-level position in a professional salon and to fulfill all requirements of the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology, preparing the student to pass the state board exam for licensure.
