P&A Scholars Beauty School, Inc. is committed to providing quality education to men and women who desire to enter the field of Cosmetology. Their Major objective is to provide it's students in each course of study, the best possible training for them to master the necessary skills and procedures required by the State Board of Cosmetology to successfully pass their examination and obtain their license, and ultimately become a productive part of our Society.
