Otero Junior College is proud of its reputation as one of the finest community colleges in the State of Colorado. Students enroll at OJC for a variety of reasons including completing the first two years of a four-year degree, acquiring an occupational education skill leading to employment or perhaps personal development. Our students represent a diverse population, with an enrollment of approximately 1,600 students at the college, and our student body consists of traditional as well as nontraditional students, international students and students from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.
