Mission Statement

The primary function of the educational program in any community is to develop the individual citizens, youth or adult, in all his or her capacities so that he or she will be a good member of the community and of the larger democracy of which he or she is a part. The Northern Tier Career Center as an integral part of the total education program makes a contribution toward the development of good citizens. The Northern Tier Career Center's chief purpose is to prepare individuals for gainful employment through the development of skills, knowledge, understanding, attitudes, work habits and desire for continuous education.
