Hebrew College is at a similar turning point, accepting full responsibility for our present circumstances and taking charge of our future. Our country's economic crisis and the precipitous decline of Jewish philanthropic resources have intensified financial pressures and restricted the flow of donations. We are navigating this difficult period with strict fiscal discipline and a strong commitment to financial responsibility, which has included taking the necessary but painful step of staff pay cuts.
