Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a quality cosmetology education to all students enrolled at the Culpeper Cosmetology Training Center to prepare them for successful careers in the cosmetology arts and sciences and related fields of employment. This mission is achieved with the following objectives: • To maintain a sound financial condition and effective resource management • To provide the equipment instructional laboratory space and other facilities that meet the needs of students and that promote safety and hygiene • To uniformly administer fair and equitable admission standards and policies • To maintain an adequate faculty qualified by preparation education or experience • To provide effective instruction that utilizes a variety of instructional methods to meet learning needs of students • To measure institutional effectiveness through student achievement and performance • To utilize systematic student evaluations to assess progress and adjust instruction to promote student achievement • To provide student support services including guidance and counseling referrals financial aid and employment assistance
