Mission Statement

At CALIFORNIA HAIR DESIGN ACADEMY, we are constantly striving to develop the latest programs to meet educational needs and teach modern salon practices. Basic to our school's philosophy is the belief that thorough and intense training will prepare a student for meaningful employment in the beauty industry. It is the school's objective to not only provide each student with the necessary training to pass the California State licensing exam; but also to teach the student to be salon ready upon graduation. We strive to maximize the personal growth of each student as a total person, and to help each student discover his or her potential. The successful student should be able to function effectively and successfully in one of the many specialties in the industry upon completion of their training. Beyond providing the minimum training, the school endeavors to give each student advanced training which will make them competitive in seeking a job in their chosen field.
